Who we are

Cebu Software is a software development studio based in Cebu, Philippines. This policy explains what we collect when you use our intake forms, proposal links, and client portal, and why.

What we collect

• Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you type into an intake form or upload as a file.
• Acceptance records — when you accept a proposal, we record your name, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser (user-agent) as evidence of the agreement.
• Automatically, on submission — when you submit a form we store your IP address and browser. We use no third-party analytics or advertising, and load no third-party scripts.

Cookies

We use functional cookies only: one to keep you signed in to the client portal, and one to avoid double-counting when you re-open a proposal link. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare and manage proposals and projects, keep records of accepted agreements, and protect our forms from spam and abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep business records — form responses, accepted agreements, invoices — for as long as our working relationship and our legal and accounting obligations require. Short-lived security data, such as failed sign-in counts, is discarded automatically within a day.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at [your contact email].

Sharing
